Open a boat owner account, or continue with your existing customer account.

  2. Step 2

    Application

Enter the boat details and upload photos and documents.

  3. Step 3

    Review

Our team checks the details and documents and leaves a note if anything is missing.

  4. Step 4

    Publishing

A page is prepared for the approved boat; price and calendar are agreed with you.

What do we ask for?

The form asks for the boat's main details, photos and documents. Documents can be uploaded as PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP.

Your documents are kept in a protected area that only our team can access, and they are never published on the site.

What should you prepare before applying?

Prepare your photos and documents in advance so you can complete the application in one go. If the form shows an error, you need to choose the files again.

  • Legible scans or photos of every page of the documents
  • A short text on the cabin layout, crew, facilities and the bays you visit
  • The boat's build year and last refit year
  • A phone number where we can reach you

How will your boat appear on the site?

Every approved boat gets its own page. It shows the photos, facilities, cabins and guests, departure port and calendar.

Boats are listed on the region pages and in the boat list, and the site is published in Turkish and English. Booked days show in red on the calendar.

Weekly charters are booked online for 7 days; 5 and 10 days are arranged on request. Day hire comes as full day, half day, sunset and 1–3 hour options.

To see the pages guests use, visit our weekly boat rental and gulet charter pages, or read what a blue cruise is.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add my boat to Andrea Yachting?
Open a boat owner account and fill in the application form. You enter the boat's details and upload at least 3 photos and the requested documents. Our team reviews the application; an approved boat gets its own page, and the price and calendar are agreed with you. You follow the status in your account.
Which boats can apply?
Commercially chartered gulets, motor yachts, sailing yachts, catamarans and day-trip boats can apply. Under the Marine Tourism Regulation, marine tourism vessels are operated with a tourism operating certificate. Charters on our site are with a captain and crew, and the owner or an authorised operator can apply.
Which documents do I need?
We ask for the boat's registration certificate, the tourism operating certificate and a valid insurance policy. If an operator applies, they also attach the owner's letter of authority. You can upload documents as PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB each.
When will I hear back?
It depends on how complete the application is and on the document checks. You follow the status on the "My Boat Applications" page in your account. If something is missing, our team leaves a note; once you upload it on the same page, the application goes back under review.
Are my documents safe?
Your documents are kept in a protected area outside the public website and are never published. Only our team in the admin panel and you, through your account, can access them. They are used only to check that the boat is suitable for commercial charter.
Can I offer my boat without a captain?
No. All charters on our site are with a captain and crew; we do not offer bareboat charter. On the application form you choose whether the boat comes with a captain or with a captain and full crew. This is also shown on the boat page.
Who sets the price of my boat?
The price, calendar and charter terms are agreed with you before your boat is published. The application form does not ask for a price; the boat's details and documents are reviewed first. After approval, our team contacts you to complete the boat page together.
Can I apply with my existing customer account?
Yes. If you already have a customer account, log in and complete your boat owner profile. Company and tax details are optional; a phone number is required. You can then apply for one or more boats from the same account.
